Sycamore Grove #1

This was the first time I hiked this section of Sycamore Grove. The trail starts across from the staging area for DelValle's west entrance on Aroyo Road and runs back towards the VA. I was in search of Wood Ducks. I didn't find them, but nothing is lacking here for photo subjects. I love my Livermore for its diverse and inspiring scenery and variety of wildlife. From Turkeys to Mallards to a show-off Red Squirrel, to a couple of crows playing by the water, to a couple of shy Quails and a Sandpiper, I had a viewer full. Then there's the place itself - ahhhhhhhh.
