If you’re like me, you probably have at least one inspiring idol. I have several. Chief among them is Ansel Adams who is for me, not just an inspirational storyteller, but the epitome of the photographic technical genius.
Another favorite for her raw connection with people, something I’ve never been capable of, Photojournalist Dorothea Lange. Her works during the depression in the dust bowl was more powerful than all the talk of reform in that time. Reform that was too long in coming for so many.
