I spend a lot of time on WordPress every day. I would guess overall, that’s the app I spend the most time on but there are others for sure.
WordPress – mostly.
It used to be Lightroom/Photoshop, but I don’t have new photography to work with anymore, so I write a lot and I do reports, and I look for things to write about or research and then write about. I also publish a daily or every other day Photo Release of my old work redone. That’s kind of fun in and of itself. It keeps my edge with those apps and allows me some options to create new perspectives on my old work; to try out different techniques I haven’t used before. And to keep up with all the innovations that continue to expand the capabilities of the best photo apps on earth (IMO).
The two reports I do every day take about and hour and a half to research and proof before I set them up for publishing which takes about another hour. If I find a follow up for the day, that’ll take another hour. I’m faster once I get into the groove. Barring that, I will seek out and process another photo shoot from the past for publishing. That can take several hours. I might finish it that day, or it may take two days to finish. I try not to spend more than 5 hours on any screen at one sitting. So, I’ll take a break after that. Some days, I have lots to write about and I might spend the whole day in my den, alternately compiling and formatting a story Gemini prepped for me, processing the two regular reports, a photo shoot and some other project I might be working on.
Hmmm. I think I misled you. Some days I spend most of my screen time on WordPress. Other days, it’ll be Photo processing, and on another I’ll work on my books for a few hours.
I might better say that I spend most of my APP time creating. It’s split pretty evenly though between those three activities.
